Exclusively artisanal, it’s all in the gesture of the chocolate maker and the taste. And as with all gastronomic cuisine, chocolate cannot be sublimated without the quality of the beans and ingredients used. We therefore call on the best suppliers who provide us with the best sourced raw materials. From our original grands crus to the yuzu ganache, from the hazelnut praline to the Tahitian vanilla, all our recipes are elaborated in the most refined way and with 100% natural ingredients.
